Memories of agrarian conflicts

This book discusses the struggle for land based on the actions and discourse of the agrarian fraction of the ruling class in the western region of Paraná, specifically in the municipalities of Assis Chateaubriand and Tupãssi between 1950 and 1980. Analysing the problems of Colonizadora Norte do Paraná against settlers, squatters and land grabbers. The problems caused by jagunços, hired by the coloniser, spread terror and led to land invasions in the region.
