A glimpse into a way of life gone by the wayside; humble beginnings of an extended family's life together share-cropping on the same farm in North Alabama. Memories written down by a young man forced to leave the farm and travel North for factory work when the farm faced hard times. Then the journey back to the farm and raising his family there. Mr. Scott takes you through the many changes in his world since the early 1930's. He's documented many changes through the years in his journaling and has chosen to share with us and his family these experiences.
