Memory

The aim of the book is to explain the metaphysics of memory, its intentionality, its phenomenology and its epistemology. Fernndez argues that memories represent their own causal origins, and have a distinctive functional role. On those grounds, he then accounts for the feelings associated with our memories and for the special knowledge they afford.
