Miranda

Miranda is the name of a rouge star that enters our solar system which causes disasters for Earth. One scientist, Mike Anderson, saves the world on several occasions. The population go underground as Miranda forms a binary system. Earth has 20 years before it collides with the sun and Anderson assists moving everyone to Mars. War follows as Anderson creates futuristic weapons saving Mars from a nuclear holocaust from tyrants on Earth. Miranda brings a comet in her wake, which collides with Earth killing millions.
