Billy, an elementary student with an engineer's mind, believes his luck is locked in a box at the bottom of the sea. Every time he takes his hands out of his pockets, catastrophic chain reactions occur, accidentally breaking everything around him.

To recover his luck, he joins the magical Mister Moonfeld on an underwater adventure. As they dive deeper, Billy tells Mister Moonfeld about his bad luck. It all started with a mean joke from a class bully, but Billy pretended to laugh it off.
