Modern Aspects in Post-Harvest Pathology of Mango

Present book deals with study of spongy tissue and fungal diseases viz. anthracnose, stem end rot, Rhizopus rot, Aspergillus niger rot, Penicillium rot ,Alternaria rot, Aspergillus fumigatus rot and A. flavus rot. This book contains novel aspect that is application of X-ray scaning non-destructive technology for detection of spongy tissue and fungal diseases.
