Morning Has Broken

The  summer of 1972  was  the  happiest  life had  ever been for sixteen-year-old Dotty Johnson.  She had found her soul mate,  and   life  seemed  almost  perfect,  until  the  awful  news ........ her family was moving again.  She would be leaving her soul mate and her contentment behind.  Faced  with  despair  and  disappointment  she  found herself searching for God's plan, and trying to understand it.

Morning Has Broken is her true story of heartache and sadness, which led to her desire to  let  God  have His way in her life and use her for His purpose.  She discovered how to give up self and follow her "suppose to's".  The years of an  abusive  marriage,  struggles  as a  working  mom,  and a  vehicle  accident that almost took her life revealed the true meaning  of her favorite Bible verse:  "......all things work together for good to them who love God and are called according to His purpose."  Romans 8:28
