Moving to Seashell Island

Sophia Moretti I ve been abused by my husband, Lazzaro, for nearly the entire time of our twenty-five years of marriage. My eighteen-year-old daughter feared I wouldn't survive the next beating. After deciding on a location that was nothing more than a speck on the map, we packed up as much as our car would hold and left Nebraska for Seashell Island.
