Myopic Me!

The author published his first book, Myopic Me! Captured by the Faith-Time Continuum, in November 2018, sharing his personal story with the help of Dorothy, Alice, Sheldon, and Penny. In the bipolar kingdoms of the Wicked Witch, the Purple Caterpillar, and the Big Bang Theory, John finds the only Way Home. 

The overarching theme in all five books in the Myopic Me! series is the emptiness of the ancient paradigm of the Self. But the author discovers God’s hope-filled countermeasure for selfishness in the Faith-Time Continuum. He finds the true portal for friendship and community. 

In this second book, Jerusalem with Solomon & Einstein, the author encounters two brilliant scientists walking on the same hypersurface of the present in 936 BC. In the Golden Age in Jerusalem, each man is searching for the True King who reconciles all things in the utter darkness beyond the City walls. 

Solomon is exhausted from chasing the wind, and Albert is fending off Schrödinger’s Cat. The genius has conceded that his SpaceTime Continuum is filled with chaos and broken dreams. Quantum physics is Albert’s prodigal son, blatantly rolling the dice of Uncertainty into every part of his Deterministic Universe. 

Though King Solomon looks everywhere for the beautiful Abishag who warmed his father’s bed, Albert is peering into the Dark Energy that obscures his view of the Theory of Everything. He only wants to know what was in God’s mind at the beginning.

Proclaiming the Good News for the last forty-three years, John’s third book has the working title of Myopic Me! Made in the Bipolar Image of God. After publishing 1500 blogs, he continues to write about the Prince of Peace who met him on the Road to Atlanta fifty years ago offering him the only reconciliation possible for mother and son, nation and neighbor.
