Naw-Ruz in My Family

Alice tells us about her family's celebration of Naw-Rz, the Bah New Year.  

This story talks about a Bah family's celebration of Naw-Rz. Naw-Rz means "New Day" in Persian, and it is the first day of spring. It is a special time of year for many people around the world in various cultures and religions. It is also the Bah New Year. 

The Bah Faith has followers in over 200 countries. They celebrate Naw-Rz as the beginning of the new year in the Bah calendar.
