After several days of torrential rains, Chief of Police Judith Ware joins forces with a minister, a physician, a bookstore owner, and a paranormal celebrity to solve the mystery of what is desecrating women's graves and killing the men in the town.

Overhead, clouds of crows fly in the air while a demonic power grows underground.
