Neuroleadership

This book is the result of a research about neuroleadership, from the understanding of the basic motivations of the leader, in the search to deploy a strategic mindset capable of understanding the behavior of human talent, to develop a management of "I" as a successful manager, who understands the cognitive, behavioral, spiritual aspects of being, which represents a complex field of psychological, social, labor entities, consistent with the open and global dynamics of contemporary organizational systems.
