Neutralist Proposal for Korean Reunification is a theoretical framework which, the author believes, should become the basis for peaceful reunification of the Korean peninsula. It is based on the assumption that the reunification of the Korean peninsula as one nation is a historical inevitability and that the current powers of East Asia, i.e. the U.S.,China, Japan and Russia have a common strategic interest in seeking a neutrally unified Korean peninsula in the model of Switzerland for lasting peace and stability in the region. By creating an Asian Switzerland, so to speak, in the Korean peninsula through a neutrality treaty between powers of the region, he argues, there will be harmony of strategic interests of the regional powers and the long overdue reunification of Korea becomes achievable. All of this can be accomplished only when the US government changes its policy in favor of creating a new order in East Asia founded on the possible Korean neutrality treaty. . , -, , , - <> . . , 100 .
