New Approach to the Organization of Movement of Transport Streams

Highways can be converted into eco-safe lines, if necessary. Result of the offered is the establishing of non-stop traffic at all yet congested highways, or the establishing of free, high-speed traffic without blockages regardless of the number of cars aiming to highways; another result is the separating of flows of vehicles from streams of pedestrians; result is the reduction in air pollution by exhaust gases; result is the decreasing of losses because of traffic jams, accidents, air pollution in cities in a size of hundred billions of dollars.
