New Directions for Mental Health Services

This is a volume of papers presented at the Conference of the Future of Mental Health Services Research held at Tampa, Florida in February, 1987. These papers represent the contemporary range of research into such services and the diversity of the disciplines which are active in the field. The book stresses the economics of mental health as well as the multidisciplinary nature of recent research and also points the way towards future areas where work needs to be done.
