It represents the best writing on healthcare problems facing older individuals, the challenges nurses face, and how nurses, in collaboration with other health professionals, must respond to these challenges. Noted experts examine the unique presentation of illness in older adults and discuss three common problems: incontinence, malnutrition, and cognitive impairment.
