Night Fire

The Night Fire Strangler, who has ritualistically killed four women in New York City, is fixated on retiring NYPD detective Jed McCain, the lead investigator. The Strangler follows McCain to Coronado Beach, Florida where McCain has accepted the position as acting chief of police. On his first day on the job the Strangler presents him with a new victim. As the bodies pile up and the press learns of McCain's New York connection to the Strangler, McCain must solve the murders before the city council can act on mounting calls for his termination.
