Nine Generations of Gianna

Gianna is a 16-year-old girl who has experienced trauma in her earlier childhood. While being raised by her grandmother, Gianna has the chance to travel back in time to witness events that happened to her ancestors. This allows Gianna, and her grandmother, to learn family secrets and to explore the effects of generational trauma in their bloodline. They learn the reasons as to why their ancestors behaved the way they did, as well as why they behave the way that they currently do. The drama unfolds in unexpected ways and the reader is taken on an emotional and dramatic journey that will show humanity's capacity to heal.
