Nini and the Big Tree

Nini and the Big Tree is the first in a series of books centred on two characters, Koby and Remi.

Koby and Remi are best friends who love going on adventures. In Nini and the Big tree, the two boys meet a sad and lonely elephant in the beautiful Ankasa Forest of Ghana. This chance meeting kick starts a wonderful adventure through the forest, where they encounter lots of different animals.

Nini and the Big Tree is a great story for early readers and young children. Beautifully illustrated, the book takes the reader on a wonderful tour of one of Ghana's great forests, introducing some local terminology, in a fun and visual way.

A glossary of terms is provided at the back of the book to help with pronunciation and understanding of the few non-English words.
