After graduating college, Emma searches for a fresh start in Myrtle Beach, SC. She builds a simple life that consists of peaceful walks on the beach, overpriced coffees, and working from home. When her lovable (but pushy) friend, Grace, unexpectedly moves in with her, she swaps these things for walking an old woman's dog, a "coincidental" meet cute, and unexpected truths uncovered from the night of her mother's death.
