I have spent a long time bringing together these beautiful recipes that celebrate all things Chilli and my love of cooking. A few years back, I pivoted in life, throwing in my corporate role and investing in my love of food and a little wine - ok, more than a little. I've been developing these recipes well before we launched Fleurieu Food and Wine in eager anticipation. I have been so blessed living in the wonderful Fleurieu Peninsula to have had an excellent tasting team of my family and friends, and this book is dedicated to you all.

Fleurieu Food and Wine is owned and operated by Jackie and John Mazzocato, locals who love all things food and wine! Jackie and John are a carefully curated pairing. John has over 40 years of experience in the wine industry, and Jackie has a passion for cooking and vast experience in recipe development and curation.
