KIRSTON KOTHS began collecting subject material for his poems when he was four years old, as a child in the Midwest. After a brief hiatus to get a PhD at Harvard and spend a few decades developing cancer biotherapies in the biotech industry, he finally returned to his lifelong passion, the arts. He currently does freelance writing, traditional music, studio recording, and documentary videography in the San Francisco Bay Area.
