OpenRoads Designer

This training manual is written for civil engineers and designers who will use OpenRoads Designer for design and evaluation of highways or other corridors. Included are step-by-step instructions to complete an example road design project illustrating both workflow and concepts of the software.

• Work with Terrain Models


• Define Horizontal Alignments


• Create Profiles of the existing terrain and create a proposed Vertical Alignment

• Use Corridor Modeling to create a proposed model
