Our Evil--God's Good is a collection of 26 sermons from five of the first six books of the Bible: Genesis, Exodus, Numbers, Deuteronomy and Joshua. The sermons were written and preached over several decades in various civilian churches and Navy chapels. The biblical texts are included with all but one of the sermons and the book provides several useful indices at the end.
