Out of Order in Order

Have you ever wanted to tell someone something important but didn't know quite what to say? Have you ever felt an emotion but didn't know how to express it? Have you ever been all alone? The fact is, we can all say "yes" to these questions, but now is the time to realize you're not alone and your words do matter.

Poet Lyvia Barrow expresses a broad range of emotions, for adults and children alike, in her first poetry collection, Out of Order in Order. Sometimes grown-ups forget what it's like to be a child; sometimes children don't think grown-ups can appreciate what they're going through. These poems bridge that gap and make us understand each other.
