"You missed me?" I ask as if it's such a shock because to me it is. I'm a nobody.

"Hm." She hums with a nod, "I didn't really know how to ask you if you wanted to hang out again, and well,

thanks to my fucked up life, here we are, I found an excuse."

"You do realise you can just ask me?" I'm a hypocrite, I couldn't do it either.

"I know, but honestly, you kind of intimidate me and I just kinda thought maybe just a small part of you thought it was just about the projects."
