Florida's new Net Ban law isn't the only thing Lt. Bill Taylor and his Marine Patrol Officers have to handle. A shrimpers unusual catch starts an investigation that will involve the FBI and a 1970s terrorist group. Throw in a shady State Senator, some rouge fishermen, and a magazine publisher running from the law, and you have a normal day on the Forgotten Coast.
