The main tasting, establish the grapes in each bottle you are offering. There is an ode to accompany, just about, every grape. If not see below*. Read out the odes with the relevant wines.

3. VINTAGE SPILLAGE.

Finish the occasion with two or three rhymes from the above which are fun and facts, both interesting and amusing, in verse form.
