Facing life imprisonment, Jagger "Redheaded Negro" Zuma, who has an abnormal head of red hair, discovers that he can leave Sing Sing Correctional Facility and explore his surroundings. Now free from his cell, this dangerous criminal ventures into the world beyond the walls of one of America's most notorious prisons. With Jagger free to roam among New York's general population, we fear that killing is not the only act that he is capable of-Outside.
