Winston Fox, after a two year stint in the army, returns to WestTexas State University in the fall of 1969 becoming President ofKappa Kappa fraternity, which has ruled the roost for the past30 years - the number one fraternity on campus.Now Winston realizes there are major changes going on. WTSUis no longer a conservative college, but has become a wild andrebellious student body.Also, a new weapons assembly plant 18 miles from the campushas brought a wave of New York Italians to the university. Withtheir money and fancy cars, they have turned the Delta Phifraternity into a major threat to Kappa Kappa's number onestatus.Winston Fox must keep the alumni chapter satisfied by maintainingKappa Kappa's number one fraternity status and at thesame time keep his girlfriend Gloria satisfied.
