Paper Hearts

Everything was supposed to go back to normal after the Usurper's uprising was squashed. When Urul receives a devastating letter from home, he discovers his old "normal" is quickly vanishing. Urul returns to his family home to find comfort and support from an unexpected source - his childhood friend.

Luciana and Urul haven't seen each other in seven years, and they haven't been close for years longer than that, but somehow things with Luci seem to pick up right where they left off, almost as if they'd never grown apart. Even amongst the grief and strife of loss, the two blossom into something more than they ever thought they could be. Urul finds himself ready to leave his playboy habits behind and put everything on the line for the sake of the one woman he's never really forgotten.
