The main objective of this study is to bring together different concepts such as collaborative management, open innovation and collaborative innovation in the general sense, around which we will build our analytical framework - a framework which we will then apply to the high-tech companies in the SAFRAN group. Our first part will be devoted to the study, after defining the main terms of the subject, of different models of participative innovation used by French high-tech companies. Thanks to this study of the various concepts relating to our research theme, we then carried out our field survey in various companies in the SAFRAN group. By combining the data from our theoretical and practical study, our aim is to adapt the various concepts of participative innovation to companies in the SAFRAN group, in order to draw conclusions specific to this organisation.
