Paymkawichum Pomtkmay (Baskets of the People of the West), is an intimate pictorial journey into the world of Ataxum basketry. This collection of images allows readers to experience the beauty of Native California baskets against the Southern California landscape. Each basket included in this book has come back to the Pechanga Cultural Resource Center for care, rest, exhibition, and protection.
