Plant Electrochemistry

Plant Electrochemistry: Physiology and Applications is the first monograph to deal explicitly with the intersection of electrochemistry with plant science from a two-fold perspective: the description of processes occurring in plants in terms of electrochemical concepts, and the application of vegetal matter in conventional electrochemistry. Written by a pre-eminent plant electrochemist, this volume introduces recent contributions to electrophysiology of plants, in particular, of plant signalling.
