Pluto Rocket and her all-knowing life coach Joe Pidge are back with a blast - and this time they are leaving the safety of their neighbourhood! But Joe is way out of his comfort zone, and it turns out that even the most daring of pigeons gets scared sometimes! So it's up to the intrepid Pluto Rocket to make him feel safe. When the friends embark on a rocket building quest, they realise they both have a lot to learn - but are the dynamic duo up to the challenge?
