Poem of the Cid; Volume 1

One of the great epic poems of Spain, Poem of the Cid tells the story of the legendary warrior Rodrigo Diaz de Vivar, known as the Cid. His battles against the Moors in the 11th century made him a national hero, and his legend has been immortalized in this epic poem. This edition includes a bilingual Spanish-English text.
