During his teenage and young adult years, well educated, he experienced a path that led him to prison. While in prison at the age of thirty-three, Pettaway developed a hunger that led him to Christ. Now Dr. Pettaway, chose to live on, sharing the Gospel of Christ (Yeshiva), through his writing. Now he resides with his wife (first Lady, Shay Pettaway), in Southern California serving the Lord (Elohim).
