The regulations as mentioned in the work, aim at the Initial Environmental Review (EIA); which makes it possible to assess the impacts of good Waste Management on the city of Cap-haitien. Municipal Waste Management for this regional capital is of great importance and will cause impacts at different levels:
Environmental impacts, Economic impacts & Social impacts to improve hygiene and sanitary conditions of urban and peri-urban families. The project will make it possible to save foreign currency, for the purchase of fewer medicines to treat diseases caught through contact with poorly decomposed waste.
