It enables individuals to develop their projects and integrate into society, businesses to invest, innovate and hire, and the economy as a whole to function.Today, access to financial services via cell phones is an opportunity to promote the activities of microfinance institutions and savings and credit cooperatives, as well as the financial inclusion of the poor, a real lever for social inclusion.With this in mind, we were prompted to launch our scientific investigations into "Pépélé Mobile and financial inclusion in the town of Mwene-Ditu".
