Prosecuting Slobodan Miloevi

This book offers a comprehensive analysis of the trial of former Serbian leader Slobodan Miloevi at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia (ICTY). With the premature death of Miloevi in March 2006 his trial was left unfinished.
