Protecting the Homeland

A survey of insights gained from wargames conducted by the U.S. Army's Training and Doctrine Command, as they relate to current studies and analyses of homeland security. RAND Arroyo Center has analyzed U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command's program of homeland security games, seminars, and workshops. The insights and issues raised here highlight new and emerging threats and vulnerabilities to the physical security of the United States.
