Psalms for People Like Us

“Psalms for People Like Us: Twice Daily Devotions for Those with Mental Health Challenges” is a book written especially for those of us who find that sometimes it is difficult to bring God into the day when we have mental health challenges going on. It can be a real effort to get into The Word. The topics are timely; the comments genuine. Each page is focused on a Psalm, followed by thoughts about that Psalm in our lives today and ends with a short prayer. The book is divided into different sections of our faith to guide us to the help we need. The book is written to go through in one month, over and over.
