The successes of organizations highly depend upon healthy relation between employee and employer but natures of employment relation are changing with the fast changes in business environment.With the implication of globalization, many policies including process re-engineering, strategic alliance, outsourcing, merger, flat organization and re-organization emerged, which made organizations to be less willingness to meet organizational commitment. So, the organizations have to renegotiate and change some terms of the original employment agreement.
