This book stops time and takes you on a journey of self-reflection. It's a collection of lessons extracted from literature and The Bible. Divided into fifty-two chapters, with each chapter being a few minutes' read, it's intended to be your companion for fifty-two weeks, a whole year of self-discovery, after which you're bound to be a wiser, better, happier person.

Each chapter begins with a few quotations that "have been selected with care from a wide field of literature" which encompasses works of Shakespeare, Longfellow, Emerson, and many others.
