"Love Above All Else"

This book tells a story about an African-American high school basketball player. Jerry Smith has an outstanding freshman year. Coached by a white coach who idolizes Jerry, until the coach discovers his daughter is pregnant by Jerry. Coach becomes a different person toward Jerry and his daughter.
