Mr. Rogers consolidated his reality experiences with gang banging and drug dealing stories with other LA County Jail inmates war stories and created this book "THE LAND OF NOPITY". The reality author Cornelius Rogers promised to keep the inmates names anonymous. That's why this book became fiction.
