The world is overrun with monsters called Nemesesand a young boy infected by one will stop at nothing to defeat them all! Evil creatures called Nemeses fall from the skies and the only ones who can fight them are Wizardsinfected ones who survived a Nemesis's corruption. Seth, one of these survivors, vows not only to fight the Nemeses, but to find their mythical nest, Radiant, and destroy it! Attempting to corral a Nemesis threatening the city of Bme, Seth crashes it into the garden of the citys king, Herkls VII. Believing this an attack on the kings life, Inquisition soldiers and the king himself try to take Seth down. Seeking escape, Seth relies on the aid of someone hed once considered an enemyand maybe still is! Meanwhile, facing certain death, Seths friends Mlie and Ocoho are at odds over how to save themselves, with Ocoho urging the use of a technique Mlie absolutely refuses to consider!
