Although the upper caste Bhumihars in Warsaliganj, Nawada in Bihar were the largest in number, yet the backward caste dominated in Warsaliganj.

The Bhumihars had alleged that on minor matters, the Bhumihar children, young and old men were humiliated by the backward castes, they are abused them, womens were not safe. There was often a molestation incident.  Bhumihar caste was looking for a person who could establish his dominance in the market. He began to consider Akhilesh Singh as his hero and Sardar .
