Rma-Japa—the constant repetition of the Supreme Mantra Rama—is usually done mentally, or on a rosary; but there is one extremely efficacious method of this Japa: the Likhita-Japa. The practice of writing the Rma Mantra over and over on paper is called the Likhita-Japa. This is a Journal for the Likhita Rama-Nama Japa, or the Written-Chant of the Hindu God Rama.
