Many of the poems in S.A. Harper's second collection of erotic poetry were written during the COVID-19 pandemic. Some of these poems honestly explore isolation and how desire doesn't stop when distance is made a necessity. The body yearns, and promises the body makes are eventually fulfilled. Other poems imagine the intimacy possible in other times and in other lives.
